The fix of these messages are available with Astroid 2.6.3 ( coming soon)

It is all working fine now.
I hoped that the layout of my site, made in J3 with the warp framework would also easily be taken over by the astroid framework but it isn't that at all.
But I guess that's a problem that I have to solve on my own ;-)
