I am seeing this error, when I want to update the astroid extension to 2.5.13.
I also remember this update destroyed my joomla 4 installation at the beginning this year.
Joomla ist 4.0.6 with the latest version of your perfect template.
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'schemas WHERE extension_id = ?' at line 2

Try to fix database with the Joomla tool.
