joomla 3->4 + theme update

hi i have some question,
i have old jp_gustos -> i have buy the new tp_gustus theme, but i cant find any "astroid" or theme settings, because the theme looks very different as old one. the old was white - new is black - header image are not avaible with text ... menu is other view ... all looks different
